In this newly created, challenging and varied role you’ll be responsible for maximising performance across a number of sites; working closely with the site managers to ensure that referral & occupancy levels and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
What you’ll bring
Managerial experience in the hospitality, leisure or related sectors with a proven track record of improving business performance and an in-depth understanding of sales & marketing / business development, customer service, yield / revenue management, cost / budget control, people management, FM and Health & Safety.
Used to working across multiple sites with a range of stakeholders, your impressive commercial acumen will be matched by outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Customer and quality-focused, and financially astute, you're adept at analysing a business and making changes to maximise its success.
